Great hotel so you can enjoy Amsterdam !!!

Pros: We really liked the location because it was close to tram stastion, the main museums, city centre, lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind. You could get cleaning every day if you ask. The cleaning was exceptional also. Comfy beds with pillow selection. Also, you could leave your luggage at the check in or check out in the hotel’s storage unit.

Cons: No complains at all.

Pros: The location was excellent, with convenient access to the tram. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, everything was great!

Overall the hotel is pretty nice there are no major bad things that occured in my stay so I would reccomend the with two

Pros: The hotel is great. The location in my opinion cannot be better the staff is very friendly and nice. Bar was nice and cozy. Everyrthing I can think about was perfect.

Cons: The only thing that I did not like was that the room looked a bit bigger on the photos and the TV was not a smart TV. The ventilation is a bit noisy but still bearable. That’s why I am giving it 9 out of 10.

Great hotel in an excellent location

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location for seeing many of the attractions. Very easy to connect with the airport - 397 bus stop almost across the road. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons: Our tea and coffee in the room wasn't replaced..We were only given enough for one drink with milk during the whole stay and went to reception twice to request additional supplies. We took part in the green stay scheme which meant that we had volunteered that towels and sheets weren't changed during the stay but this also meant that the room wasn't cleaned or the tea and coffee etc replenished. Wouldn't have taken up this scheme if we had known. Sorry about the rant, but it was slightly annoying

Lovely hotel , great location.

Pros: Really lovely hotel, great location a short walk into city centre or take the tram just outside the door. staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries that we had. Rooms are very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable . I would definitely stay here again

Cons: poor choice of drinks in the bar, they only have one beer on tap, and just wine or spirits, but not a big deal as there are plenty of bars and restaurants just across the road.

Perfect stay in Amsterdam. I will definitely come back

Pros: The hotel is located near the city center and most of the major attraction are just 15-20 minutes walk. Also if do not feel like walking you can pick up a tram just oposite of the hotel. The room was spacious and warm and very very clean. Moreover you have all bits and pieces you meay need. The bar is OK and staff is very friendly. Overall a great choice.
