Loved it but didnt feel comfortable with the room set up.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent choice and quality. Perfectly located. Staff were first class.

Cons: Small room, hard pillows and lack of privacy with the open plan style bathroom.

Really good and would recommend!

Pros: The location is amazing, staff is really friendly and give a warm welcome. The room was clean, bed was good and the room had everything we needed.

Cons: It was really hot in the room and the airco didn’t seem to be working.

Great location and lovely quirky hotel. I would highly recommended

Pros: Location is very good. Central but still quiet. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room as I’m a light sleeper and the room provided was perfect- at the back of the hotel and so quiet! We also asked for a shower mat as the shower floor was very slippery and by the time we got back from breakfast it had been delivered. Staff also very helpful with local knowledge and directions etc. Loved the flavoured water at reception!

Cons: My only minor criticism is that I would have preferred a better selection of chopped fruit for breakfast eg berries etc. The fruit on offer was a little hard and tasteless. Otherwise the breakfast selection was excellent

Pros: Amazing Hotel! The location is exceptional with a walking distance to Dam Place, Centraal Station and most of the centrum area. The staff was very attentive with a special highlight to Maria Gorete who serves at the restaurant. Decent breakfast and great service at the restaurant. Confortable rooms in the superior category

Cons: The rooms of the standard category are too small and unconfortable. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to the superior category, otherwise it would had been tough.

Expensive but worth the experience

Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful. They willingly organised alternative transport to the airport when my other option broke down. Facilities comfortable and clean. Toiletries are delightful French brand. Breakfast was excellent. Proximity to many attractions.

Cons: It's a bit expensive for the ailing Aussie dollar.
