Incredible city with a fantastic range of things to do. Hotel provided a perfect central spot to stay.

Pros: The staff were absolutely brilliant. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a suite room which was an incredible surprise! Thank you very much to the manager here who made that happen. It made our anniversary week in Amsterdam extra special.

Great hotel on Dam Square, ideal for exploring Amsterdam

Pros: The hotel is so centrally located, it couldn't be any better. Just off Dam square, with all that has to offer, short walk to many pubs and restaurants, and walking distance to so many other tourist attractions like Anne Frank house, many museums, the Palace, churches, canal cruise, The Lookout, Karaoke bars, red light district and so much more. The hotel itself was spotless, rooms were generous and well equipped, with a hat tip to the building's previous life as a distillery. Staff are all friendly and helpful, and the breakfast set us up for the day ahead. Really good memories of the hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the middle of all Amsterdam has to offer

Cons: Wouldn't change a thing, but the taxi has to drop you a short distance from the hotel as it is on a pedestrianised street.

Pros: I like the fact it’s in the centre next to everything and opposite is a bakery and cafe 🍃

Cons: If you smoke cigarettes outside you have to walk away from property more as if sets off alarm Ali the breakfast wasn’t great

Pros: Great location, comfortable and clean. Help yourself to bottle filter and sparking water and filter coffee throughout the day.

Pros: Staff, location and cleanliness where all amazing, breakfast was great for a smaller hotel, good selections.

Cons: Two singles pushed together that moved. Need something to fix. And a fridge in the room would be very useful
