Overall, a very decent hotel

Pros: - Comfortable and large bed - Interesting design - Bar with free drinks - Friendly hotel staff - Cleaning service available till 16:00 - Good location - The room was nice and had everything what I needed.

Cons: The only one serious issue with the room was its cleanliness and cleaning service, including: - One coffee cup was dirty from the start and wasn't washed during our entire stay; - The water and tea supplies were only refilled once during my 5-day stay; - There was a lot of dust and a general lack of freshness. For example, I had to clean the TV remote myself, holding it with a towel because I was afraid to touch it. - It's a Smartroom, but the Tablet controls and other related functions didn't work.

Great stay with some u expected bonuses.

Pros: Location, moder finishes, clean and attentive staff. Good breakfast selection and the free tea, coffee, drinks and snacks was a nice surprise. Rooms although small, do not lack for features and conveniences.

Cons: Better options for pillows should be considered. The square pillows are difficult to sleep on.

Can’t wait to visit again!

Pros: Great location for all the main sights in Amsterdam! Lots of places to eat nearby and very clean and comfortable. Cozy little reception area which offered free drinks and snacks (alcoholic and non) The rooms were beautifully decorated and modern with all you could need. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

Cons: Couldn’t fault it.

Perfect little 2 day, child free getaway! Would 100% return!

Pros: Lovely hotel. Perfect location, short walk to Dam Square but far enough away from all the nighttime madness, so bedtime is nice & quiet!

Cons: Heating in the room slightly temperamental & made some noice throughout the night. Not a major issue though.

Pros: The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and efficient. They were my main contacts, although as the hotel was run very efficiently, the background staff were excellent as well.

Pros: The location was excellent. Rooms were modern and clean and hotel offered free refreshments n snacks from 12-12 daily 🥳🎉 this included soft drinks, a small selection of alcoholic drinks and tea n coffee and also crisps, nuts etc x

Pros: Loved how central the property was to everything. The room was amazing especially the shower. I highly recommend getting the breakfast at the property as it had a great selection of tasty food.

Cons: Wished breakfast was carried on a little bit longer
