Would book again

Pros: Great hotel in a great location. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good and beds were really comfy.

Cons: I didn’t like the see through bathroom.

Nice hotel great location.

Pros: Staff, especially the night porter very friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea and cans of beer were very reasonable. Clean and tidy.

Cons: Room a little on the small side, breakfast a bit expensive.

Excellent location and helpful reception

Pros: The hotel's location was truly reliable and good. It is easily walkable from Central Station, and there is a tram line directly opposite. Everyone at the reception was friendly and helped us with every problem we had. They even allowed us to leave our bags unattended for a while on the last day so we could explore a bit more. The rooms are a bit small, but the performance is quite good for a short-term stay.

Satisfactory standard, acceptable price and excellent location

Pros: Didn't have breakfast. Excellent situation close to Central Station and city centre. Helpful staff

Cons: Safe needed to be repaired - which happened promptly. It would have been useful to know where bathroom light switch could be found. It would be useful to instigate a policy that the staff member checking guests specifically asks 'have you emptied the safe' to reduced risk of leaving passport behind. Not a problem for me on this occasion.
