The perfect base for our short stay in Amsterdam a great location, comfy room and delightful staff.

We had a great, memorable trip and would definitely book again next time

Pros: Got a free upgrade from double room select to a junior suite after mentioning in advance that we were staying for a special birthday occasion, and we were met with a beautifully balloon-decorated suite. Emma in the reception handled our check-out with impeccable service, and we were able to leave our luggage with the reception for a few hours after checking out for our final hours in Amsterdam before departure.

Cons: Nothing that could ruin our good impression of the hotel service, but the cleaning staff knocked on our door 15 mins before we were checking out - asking if we wanted some water, when we kindly declined and told them we were about to leave, he asked if we could take the water for him and leave it in the room (?). Kind of strange as we were about to leave and assumed they were going to clean the room as soon as we left. It felt like we were rushed out of the room.

Most beautiful valentines weekend stay thanks to the staff and hotel.

Pros: Location was perfect, staff were amazing, service 10/10 can not fault anything! Free upgraded room to a suite, free lovers boat canal cruise and 20% off the dinner bill. Absolutely outstanding service. We are returning soon!

Cons: Nothing could have been better EVERYTHING was perfect!
