Excellent supportive staff.

Pros: Quentin Canal House Hotel is a nice place to stay, but what makes it exceptional is the staff. I arrived with a low power phone and no charger and the charming receptionist offered to charge my phone on her own cable as I relaxed with a coffee in the warm sunshine. I felt cared for. Secondly, I made a room request for practical reasons, and was instantly accommodated by a second staff member. No hassle, just kind support. The plentiful morning breakfast was very good too. I had such a good trip to Amsterdam and this hotel was a major contributor. Thank you.

Pros: For the very cheap price you really do get everything you need and even more - the hotel even offers daily housekeeping services which i would not have expected as we were only staying for 3 days. The staff is very friendly and nice

I always go back to this hotel. Price / quality the best you can find in Amsterdam Center.

Pros: Amazing location. From Schiphol Airport you have a direct bus to the hotel. And the hotel is located in the very center of the City. The staff is very friendly and the whatsapp communication that is used, works very good.

Cons: The rooms are a bit boring, but for this price, it is really oke.

Fantastically happy with service of hotel

Pros: I loved the staff so much Gina and the team made us all feel very welcome and they are down to earth people who look after the guests who stay with them. Honestly no bad word to say but thank you for making my 30th birthday even more special.

Cons: The stairs going up after a long day lol Apart from that nothing they gave me a free upgrade aswell on arrival and let us put luggage storage when we missed our train on leaving day.

Good value for money, easy check in & out

Pros: Good location- walking distance to everything we wanted. Lovely staff. Clean & spacious room.

Cons: The only thing which is probably universal for Amsterdam- getting our suitcases up the steep stairs (we were top floor!) but other than that it was great
