Lovely city hotel, great value for money. Clean, staff were super helpful. Location was very good.

Pros: Location was very central even though we used the public transport most of the time anyways to get around the city. Staff were super friendly

Cons: Just the bed was very soft with the over mattress on it.

Excellent hotel & fantastic staff!

Pros: The room was a perfect size for 3 of us. It was clean & tiday. The facilities where great for what we needed. Location was also spot on & staff where super friendly.

Cons: I have no negatives, we had a fantastic stay.

Pros: The option to be in the reception/bar, the hotel culture, the excellent service, nice conversations with the staff and the central location.

Cons: I had a small room, but it would have been nice to have a small fridge.

Pros: A very cozy hotel that felt like home. Comfortable bed and soft pillows! Amazing view from the window! thank you for the room upgrade :) I also appreciated the hotel’s responsible eco-approach

Friendly staff and cosy stay

Pros: The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the stay very pleasant. Hot drinks were always available at reception, a small but appreciated touch, especially during winter. Any issue we raised was addressed promptly and professionally.

Cons: The building has very narrow and steep stairs, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage. We initially had to request an improvement in the room cleaning, although this was resolved quickly and maintained for the rest of the stay.
