Good location, small space but it works

Pros: Excellent location, clean and comfy and quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful too.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit basic.

Pros: The hotel is very good: great location, comfortable bed, good value for money.

Pros: Clean kettle, shower and toilet. Comfortable beds. Great location.

Cons: Only 1 chair in the twin room.

When we visit Amsterdam again, we will definitely stay at this hotel without hesitation.

Pros: The breakfast was extremely satisfying — it was impossible not to feel full. The products were very delicious. In terms of location, it is about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but there is a tram stop very close by, making transportation to the center very convenient. It is also approximately a 10-minute walk to Vondel park, which is incredibly convenient. When we come to Amsterdam again, we will definitely stay at this hotel without hesitation. Everything was excellent. The biggest advantage for us was having unlimited drinking water available 24/7 and being able to enjoy unlimited coffee. Additionally, especially for guests visiting during the winter months, it is a great advantage that the air conditioning/heating system is centrally controlled and does not depend on the room key card. It is really pleasant to enter the room and find it already warm.

Cons: We are very satisfied with our choices, and there is nothing we disliked.

Another brilliant stay, super friendly staff!

Pros: Rooms are basic but absolutely all you need for a city break! Rooms were spotless and the complimentary coffee in the breakfast room was perfect, especially with it being so cold during our stay. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, this is our second time returning and would absolutely recommend

Pros: I like the cleanliness, the breakfast and the unlimited coffee😃. The staffs were good and will definitely recommend this place to stay who ever visits Amsterdam. The hotel was located very near to the tram stops and cafés. Very easily accessible to the train station, nearby tourist attractions etc.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and wonderful with us. The free tea and coffee in such cold weather was very nice service we really appreciated it. .

Krisotel Amsterdam central

Pros: Great location, close to the central square. Friendly staff, very clean, free coffee I recommend the cappuccino. Comfortable mattress topped beds. The room was compact but had an on suite shower which was also clean. Also close to museum and 3 minutes walk from trams to Amsterdam station

Cons: No outdoor seating

Pros: Location is great. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the lobby with nice coffee and tea is a plus

Cons: The rooms are very small and quite dark. The building could be in better shape.

An amazing stay

Pros: The staff were extremely kind. From the moment we entered we felt very welcomed. The rooms are very clean and have all basic toiletries available, They have a great coffee station with variety of coffees and teas, available 24hs and unlimited. The location was great, just a few minutes to the main square. Trams were around the corner of the street to go beyond the city centre but all main attractions were walkable so you don’t really need to take any transport.

Cons: Though the hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and spacious, the corridors were a bit tight (which otherwise makes sense because the building must be optimised to have more rooms).
