Sara's Boutique Hotel

Pros: The room and bathroom were both spacious. Very well lit, and a comfortable bed. The balcony was really nice as well.

Cons: The floor was quite dirty, but I'm pretty sure they cleaned it after we asked them to. I didn't need the lift during my stay, but it is extremely slow so keep that in mind if you do need it.

Pros: Great stay, amazing host, very clean home and perfect location. Definitely recommended!

Despite some other reviews, I was very satisfied with my stay! Excellent room for the price.

Pros: I excepted the worst given some other reviews, but my experience was excellent. The staff were perfectly pleasant, the room was small and simple, but very clean and tidy. The hotel was also in a great location, so all in all, I am quite happy with my stay!

Cons: The walls were a bit thin, so I would occasionally hear people out in the hall. But it didn’t bother me at all.

Pros: Close to the city centre, with a nearby tram stop that gets you to Amsterdam Centraal station. Surrounded by all kinds of services. Quaint old building. Clean.

Cons: The mattress was too thin.

Great room, big bed, staff can look better after cleaners

Pros: The bed was very big, we had the room downstairs 1, it was a good room because of the location and the fact we didnt have to climb ub all the stairs. The room was also very big and the shower looked clean and nice.

Cons: We found underwear of the previous guest, that was a bit disgusting

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the space was more than adequate.

Cons: the shower didnt have a closed door and therefore the water went everywhere causing the bathroom to get very wet. the water also went all over the bathroom floor and would not drain properly

Pros: close to everything interesting, cafes, restaurants, and public transport

Pros: I was so worried after reading the reviews I nearly cancelled. So glad I didn't cancel! OK so its not 5 star luxury dubai Hotel, but its perfectly acceptable for a couple of nights stop for sightseeing! Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Ok the shower was a bit silly but just work around it. Best part of my trip was the beautiful resident cat who was so sweet. Will be returning again in a few months 😁 ideal location and tram going into centre of Amsterdam every few minutes

Cons: A side lamp would of been useful. Also my patio door was locked so it did get a bit warm. Thats it really

Pros: I like the location as it was near to the Melkweg where I was attending a concert

Great: clean and functional, with a great location

Pros: Great location and good value. (Also a beautiful cat!) Staff were friendly, decor was reasonably modern. It was everything I needed for the type of visit I had to Amsterdam

Cons: My room was next to the elevator which made it quite noisy! But luckily the other guests weren’t out too late! It was quite hot so I can imagine some form of air conditioning in the height of summer would be appreciated by guests.
