Excellent for Europe one of the best places in Amsterdam

Pros: Staff were very helpful. Suite was perfect for our family. We had connecting rooms which was ideal for young children to sleep and have space for us to chill.

Cons: System didn’t show us for breakfast even though we had paid for it. Also the ability to charge drinks to the room was not working!

Very Good I definitely recommend it.

Pros: Location was fantastic and the rooms were spacious and very clean.

Cons: Restaurant availability was limited for one night of our stay and there was no communication to residents of the large booking.

Pros: Wonderful stay, Location was perfect.People were very welcoming and the place overall was a nice environment!

Pros: The interior of the common area was high standard.The staff were really helpful and polite.

Cons: Breakfast was good but needs more option on bread cheese The housekeeping was really noisy in the morning My bathroom was really smelly although they came twice to fix it the smell was coming back Mattress and pillows very poor.Need to be changed asap!

Pros: Rooms were excellent. spacious, clean, good facilities

Pros: Location was excellent - walking distance to centre of town and close to tram and buses Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and 200m away from Vondelpark.

Cons: The shower in the bathroom leaked onto the floor due to a sub-par shower door mechanism
