This is an authentic 17th century merchant house with its own style and history, located in ‘The Nine Streets', Amsterdam's best known and charming shopping areas. Dam square and the Royal Palace are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The Anne Frank House and other well-known museums are also just a short walk away. We have maintained the spirit of the hotel's history by combining the antique with the modern, wooden floors, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and private bathrooms. Everything is arranged for your comfort. A stylish & charming hotel with great location

Pros: Great location and very cosy hotel. Typical Amsterdam house so very charming. Every inch of the space was used thoughtfully and tastefully. Great view of the canal. Quiet location.

Pros: It was very clean, not to far from the amsterdam central, was perfect for our girls weekend away.

Cons: No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Great stay in Amsterdam !

Pros: Friendly staff and a great little coffee/hot chocolate/tea station which was lovely after a day exploring. There were also umbrellas which came in handy! We had a family room with 4 x single beds - although cozy there were plenty of storage options with great little ‘cubbies’ next to the bed and hooks / coat hangers. As mentioned the stairs are very steep but no problem with our carry on suitcase. We stayed over new years so was very expensive but maybe better priced at a different time.

Unforgettable, comfy, fun and the best time away

Pros: Lovely staff that were welcoming and even upgraded us for the night when the shower was not working and was genuinely apologetic, lovely colour theme with a cozy feel and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was well stocked with hairdryer etc, the location was amazing and the canal right outside the door, lovely little hotel with lovely staff !

Cons: Everything was amazing- just watch your step outside when it gets rainy !
