Adequate for short solo stay

Pros: Bed comfortable, staff on check in nice, good location

Cons: Toilet door lock down didnt work correctly. Very basic but fine for solo short stay

Pros: The location, the room and the staff were great. The room was a good size and had a balcony. The staff were friendly and really helpful.

Pros: Good deal in otherwise expensive Amsterdam. Friendly staff. Old-style building.

Cons: Not very quiet at night. Steep stair was fun for me, but for others might be a trouble.

Lovely staff and perfect location

Pros: location was so perfect as the tram into the centre was a quick 10 min walk ! the receptionist Saif was also exceptionally lovely and super chatty, he took the time to ask why I was on the trip and was genuinely interested etc, he also helped out a lot!

Cons: Although the beds were comfy and clean, the walls were dirty but that didn’t affect my stay at all!!

Pros: Good host clean place and absolutely worth the money

I am very happy and if I am going to Amsterdam back again I will prefer to go back there.

Pros: It is in the Heart of the City, best location I have ever stayed. Very much accessible to the main attraction of the city. Walking distance every where. Central station is nearby. Staffs are very much lovely cordial people.

Cons: I know it is a very much budget friendly cheap hotel in the heart of the city but if possible I would like to request them to put one or two towels in the room.

Pros: Galerij Hotel is amazing,friendly, warm welcome from the staff working there (Mo, Yusuf and one more gentleman I met);they will definitely answer you any question You may have. It is a place for people who like to travel and explore, it has everything needed for this. If You want to stay all day long inside, and not to explore, maybe the place is not the best for you. But if you want a place very close to Anna Frank's house, supermarket, shops, Amsterdam Royal Palace, Nieuwe Kerk, then definitely you will chose Galery Hotel.

Cons: Everything was perfect. I travel and travelled a lot in various locations and for me is a big like!

Great stay if you are looking for location. But avoid it if you have luggage or mobility issues

Pros: Excellent location. Extremely helpful and courteous staff

Cons: The staircase is too much to climb with luggage. But the property tells you that in advance.
