Comfortable modern hotel in a great location.

Pros: Excellent location for exploring central Amsterdam Large comfortable room with helpful staff.

Cons: The hotel has a very ‘buzzy’ feel. Music playing etc. Perhaps it would be good to have some quieter areas as well. Lounge was always full of people working on laptops so tricky to find a spot to sit for coffee.

Effortless and comfortable.

Pros: An allround excellent hotel for a very comfortable stay. I appreciate the late checkout time and helpful staff.

Cons: I only wish they had a smart tv and Bluetooth-compatible speakers to make the time in our rooms even more comfortable.

Great location, comfortable room and friendly staff

Pros: Location, room very comfortable, restaurant and check in staff excellent.

Cons: The bar/cafe area was basically full with non residents working on their laptops (understandable as free wifi). This meant there was uusally no space for anyone else during the day.

Great location and plenty of space in communal areas

Pros: Super friendly staff, great location. The room was lovely but quite small and we had to walk quite a long way through corridors to reach it! Nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

Cons: Bar service was rather slow although staff were friendly.

Pros: Location, overall aesthetic, great room, lovely products and extremely helpful and polite staff.

Cons: Rooms a little warm but nothing major.

Pros: Location, design and friendliness of staff. Vibrant flair.

Cons: Order management at Lottie’s. Not the food, that was superb.

Nice comfortable stay in a good location.

Pros: Location was very good. Even though we had a cosy room with canal view it had plenty of space and was a reasonable size with large bathroom.

Cons: They have unrestricted access to non residents and at times there wasn’t any room in the lounge or bar area to have a drink. Lots of people working on laptops so felt a bit like an office at times. But that’s a Hoxton vibe I suppose. Breakfast wasn’t great and we only had it once.
