Pros: We had a minor issue with our room to start and Raquel dealt with it promptly and sensitively. She managed to find us alternative accommodation that was clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. This was a special occasion as well and she went over and above to ensure the standard of the room reflected what it was intentionally booked for. The hotel provide lovely breakfast which is is healthy and good coffee too. Thank you very much

We absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Canal Boutique Hotel because of the fantastic canal view and the comfortable b

Pros: The Grand Canal Boutique Hotel was a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities in the room. The view of the canal was beautiful and the hotel was located in a very popular area known as the 9 streets, which had lots of food and shopping stores close to the hotel. The staff were very helpful with lifting our suitcases up the stairs as there weren’t any lifts. The heating towel rack was also very lovely in winter! Definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!

Enjoyable stay with great facilities

Pros: Location Building inside was old and charming Loved the coffee being available 24/7 and snacks was a lovely touch. Room was spacious

Cons: Room needs a little spruce up - painting (apartment) The bath needs someone going in with bleach - it wasn’t the cleanest. I wanted to use the jet tub but this put me off so I resorted to just using the shower.

Excellent hotel in a great area.

Pros: Great attention to detail. Free tea, coffee, fruit and snacks available 24 hours per day plus welcome drinks in the room. All staff pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Rubber shower mat would have been useful.
