Pros: I loved the area it was so clean and peaceful and the place was also so clean and lovely everything worked and we had no major issues.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the lack of appliances. They provided a kettle which was very helpful but I would have also preferred if there was a microwave.

Pros: Quick feedback when you check in and out, clean, beautiful and pleasant, new towels are given every day, garbage is also taken away, we were delayed for an hour when eviction, we were asked politely to accelerate because they had to start cleaning the room, very nice good place, I recommend

Cons: The only minus,if you can say so, is to find the entrance to the Hotel because there are no identification marks, but the neighbors around us were happy to help us

Fantastic location

Pros: Fantastic location. We took the room with the three bunkbeds, perfect for our family of 4. We watched movies at the little seating area at night-time. Cafe downstairs! Beautiful part of Haarlem. We didn't find it too noisy, but we're good sleepers. Stairs were very steep so don't bring your Granny. We would highly recommend this little guesthouse. Thank you!

Pros: Great location in the city center, with so many restaurants and cafes. It was clean. Really cozy

Pros: Location perfect.....Room was budget but clean, and had good facilities, clean bedding, clean towels and enough space to cater for our needs... Tiny but spacious.. Cheap but definitely suitable for a family on a budget.. Also...the staff respond to your questions in a timely manner.... Would we stay there again...ABSOLUTELY...

Cons: The toilet for room 2, needs to have a better locking system, so to be only used by room 2.... A microwave would've been advantageous but we coped...

Pros: Great place in a great location. Decent sized room, comfy beds and everything you need very close by.

Cons: The side gate (you have to go through to get to the door to the hotel) shuts on a night so you have to walk around, it’s not a big deal it’s just the next street and I’m only saying this because I only found this out from a review I read before my stay otherwise I would have been slightly confused about this when I returned on the night.

Great location

Pros: The rooms are cozy and in a perfect location. Heating was grate and also had wifi, hairdryer and the host was always available.

Cons: I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding my stay. While the accommodation had potential, I was disappointed to find that the cleanliness was not up to standard. Unfortunately, certain areas appeared to have been overlooked, which impacted the comfort of my stay. For example, the bathroom and floors could have been cleaner.. I understand that maintaining high standards can be challenging, but I believe that addressing this issue could greatly enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Lovely little room close to everything.

Pros: Ideally located room in the centre of Haarlem. Had air conditioning and a bathroom, very clean. Easily accessed and all of Haarlem on your door step.

Cons: There were cups for coffee but no spoons, a set of crockery/cutlery would have been handy.

Great location, but a bit too noisy

Pros: The cleanliness and the location was just great. Beds were ok and the rooms were very small as the name of accommodation suggests. Can't complain about that.

Cons: We had not expected the noise level to be so loud from outside. Even earplugs at times would not help. There is no point in going to bed any time before midnight.
