Comfortable stay, incredible service

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, especially Harper. The room was comfortable and the bathroom and shower facilities were a lot better than I expected, very clean and well maintained. Will stay again!

Cons: The only downside is that it’s not the closest to the city centre, that being said it’s a 10 min bus ride and there’s things to do around the are anyway

Incredible value for money!

Pros: This hostel is incredible - from the modern bathrooms with tech bidets, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer onsite through to the comfortable and clean rooms. I will definitely be using this again!

Great place!!

Pros: I loved it. Very nice and comfortable room with a small desk, so I was able to work. I loved that there was a kettle, a mircrowave and a fridge; So I was able to prepare my own coffee and a warm meal, which was great for my budget. The stuff is super nice. The location is great. The public transport is very good and I arrived in the center in no time.

Cons: Nothing, I liked it as it was.

Overall good value for money

Pros: Bed and room very comfortable, , the toilets are fab too and clean

Cons: The sheet on the bed was very dusty like it had not been occupied for a bit , men’s shower were not very hygienic, the bathrooms were tidy but the shower walls were slimy, the shower floors were dusty, filthy and look like they had not been cleaned for days. The noise from people opening and shutting the hallway doors is annoying and can easily be fixed by installing sod close brackets on the door so that they don’t slam shut

Not bad for the experience

Pros: Overall, everything is fine. The girls at the reception are very friendly and always ready to help. The cabins are comfortable and compact. The shower and toilet are convenient. The smart toilet is a great idea for hostels. There are enough towels provided

Cons: Overall, the price is slightly overpriced. The common area is very small and not comfortable to sit in. The bed consists of two mattresses stacked on top of each other. The top mattress kept sliding off, and by morning you might find that it is lying separately

Pros: It was safe and clean with everything you need for a nice stay. The bed was really comfy and the staff very friendly and very helpful. 24 hour concierge and the location just a few tram stops from the centre. There was ample room for my luggage. Cafes around the corner and a supermarket open until 10 pm

Pros: My stay was simply excellent, 10/10. From the first moment, everything was impeccable: the place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The service was incredible; they were always attentive and willing to help. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is very pleasant, ideal for relaxing and enjoying yourself. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
