Stayokay Hostel Heemskerk - fully renovated April 2026

Pros: Good place very worthy for price, super staff. Shootout to Lody she helps me after I forgott smth there. Definitely meet this place again.

Pros: Very unique place too sleep Very basic but the uniques cover on it Nice bar inside the hotel Basic but good breakfast

Cons: Close at midnight The water in the shawer stop every few seconds and you need to push the bottom again Noisy

Enjoy the environment, love the garden, easy to get there.

Pros: The shower and toilet separate is good idea. Heat is enough in winter time.

Cons: I suggest better have a bar in the shower to avoid the water make the shower room all wet. Suggest prepare hairdryer and kettle in the reception. also better have 4 chairs for 4 people room.

Pros: An interesting experience of spending a night in a castle ☺️Atmosphere is very pleasant.

Cons: There was some hair on one of the pillows. It would be just perfect if there were at least a tiny fridge in the room.

Beautiful hostel with gardens, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Pros: the hotel is in a great location. the castle is real) The staff is pleasant. We had a family room, the room was tidy. Breakfast is very good

Cons: There were two toilets in the room, one of which was combined with a shower and washbasin. Apparently the shower is intended for people with disabilities - it is very large. and the downside is that there are no curtains or glass in the shower. Water splashes all over the bathroom and it is impossible to even go to the sink without shoes if someone has taken a shower. And yet, one bed rolled and creaked a little

A simple stay in beautiful old castle

Pros: It’s an actual palace - such a cool experience! It’s such a beautiful proper, plus located conveniently to explore the area. I booked the a place in the dorm room, it’s very simple but completely meets any hostel standards. Don’t forget to take your towel!

Pros: It was an incredible experience. I imagined that the whole castle was mine. This was not difficult, because the size of the castle allows residents to rarely intersect. I will not describe all the delights of living in a castle; I will highlight only a few. Excellent sound insulation, comfortable mattresses and pillows, good hot water pressure. Very pleasant bed linen. At night the castle is heated a little, but this is unnecessary. The temperature is very comfortable

It wasnt the cleanest room I ever had but for 1 night it was fine.It worth the price for 100%

Pros: The breakfast really good. I loved it lot of options nice dining hall the bed was comfortable and enough big and good that it had light. and there was also enough space for the bags

Cons: The room smelled weird and the bathroom wasnt clean. not every bed had charger place. the towel what i got was dirty :(

Pros: Amazing place, renovated old castle. I like breakfasts in the castle and great views
