Clean and confortable room, requiring tram rides to city center.

Pros: Clean and comfortable room, with free coffees and teas.

Cons: A bit too far from city center, always requiring tram ride. If you want to go out at night and return to the hotel late, uber is really expensive to this area coming from city center

Convenient and good value for money.

Pros: Everything was as advertised. Excellent value for money. Surprisingly quiet. Bus nearby goes to the airport. There’s a little market nearby.

Cons: It takes about 30 minutes to get into the city but that’s to be expected.

Pros: The reception staff were always friendly and helpful and ready to assist with any questions we had. A big well done and thank you to the back office reception.

Great stay, great hotel.

Pros: Great hotel. Stayed there for a short holiday as a couple and had a great time.

Cons: This is a tiniest of remarks but I think an extra lamp on one of the bedside table would have been wonderful. This did not damage the trip one bit though.

Fantastic base for fun in Amsterdam

Pros: A fantastic base when visiting Amsterdam. Easy to navigate from there into the centre. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

Coming back, for sure!

Pros: Honestly one of the best Hotel experiences that we've had! The room was pretty big, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure and warmth was pretty satisfying and the easiness of finding transport to other points of interest in Amsterdam was also one of the best things we discussed during our stay here. The staff in the Breakfast Room also deserve a mention and a thank-you note for the good, although short, interactions during our stay :P

Cons: It was kind of uncomfortable not to be checked-in by a human, to be honest. We understand the Self Check-in/out machines lighten the Front Desk staff's workload but, as Front Desk Agents ourselves, we feel like one of the best things in this line of work are the human interactions. It feels very impersonal to have to check-in/out via a machine, especially when people are travelling to a foreign country, and expect to have to deal with locals (and Hotels are where tourists have their first interactions when in a new country)

Perfect accommodation for the family and great location for sightseeing in Amsterdam.

Pros: Great room - spacious, clean and fully met our needs. Breakfast was very enjoyable - great choice and healthy too.

Really enjoyed our stsy here it made up for the nightmare we first encountered

Pros: We had to get a last minute stay here as we arrived at Amsterdam and our other hotel wasn’t fit for purpose . We booked online and when we arrived we were greeted warmly by the receptionist the whole area was clean and smelt fresh . We were given our key cards And told where the lift was and how to get to our room . Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooms had the heating control so you could control the heat . The breakfast was good too with plenty of choice all fresh .

Cons: It’s further out than we would have liked but nothing a bus or tram couldn’t sort We didn’t have any dislikes for the actual hotel itself
