Great experience!

Pros: The room was very clean and smelled really nice. In general the staff is very gentle and the hotel is very quiet. There is a big supermarket nearby and also a lot of restaurants or street food points.

Cons: The position, even though it's surrounded by tram and bus stops is a little bit too far from the center (35-40, minutes average) and requires almost every time a change at some point.

Pros: The staff is friendly, (except one younger boy, didnt even say hi to me which i find it rude) they helped us a lot about bus train etc. The room was cozy, warm, the bed was soo comfortable. It was definitely worth the money even tho its a bit far from the city center but you have bus right in front of the hotel every 5-10 mins so it wasnt a problem for us. It is a quiet neighborhood, you have markets, places to eat, everything is near the hotel. Amsterdam is soo beautiful and there are so much things to do! We had a really great time

Cons: Cleaning. They “cleaned” our room once(we were 5 nights there) but they didnt even change the bed sheets. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned they didn’t even touch anything. They just brought a new towels and didn’t get the dirty ones we used. The rooms should be cleaned way more better!

Pros: The staff were nice, beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice and neat. It was not as close to the city centre, but the tram to the hotel was very easy to find always and ob days were the weather was nice we decided to take a walk to the hotel for certain part of the journey. We took a bus 369 from the airport which was also quite easy to navigate. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are someone who is fine with not being so close to the city centre.

Cons: The room which was the last room was cold even thou heat was on.. The lady at the desk gave us a small heater which slightly helped

Pros: The property was so affordable and you got more than what I’d expect. Location was fabulous as it was so versatile in getting to central or the airport or even outskirts. Staff were fantastic and helped us every step of the way - bikes were definitely a bonus. Great to lounge about and chill as the beds were mega comfy - DEFFO recommend
