Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Pros: Lovely hotel, comfortable and friendly staff willing to help. Tram right outside and pleasant view from my window. Will definitely stay again when coming back to Amsterdam

It was first time to use this hotel chain. The hotel is fine, the particular room was not my taste.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, traveling to the centre of town was fine.

Cons: I was unfortunate to get the room which is different compare to others. As the room has no classical window it is so dark (dark colour furniture, very poor lightening) and therefore uncomfortable. I would recommend anybody to clarify the specificity of the room before taking the key in the reception.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and staff really helpful. Breakfast was extremely good value for money, with a great choice of hot and cold food, and a mixture of hot drinks and fruit juices. Beds are lovely and comfortable and room was spacious enough. Bathroom was excellent.

Cons: My only disappointment was the hotel being a little further out than I thought. However, Ubers were cheap and plentiful. Also, tram stop is right outside hotel.

Excellent hotel; staff, facilities, room, price. Breakfast excellent also. Highly recommend!!

Pros: Room exceeded expectations from viewing online. Very comfortable and spacious room, even for x2 large male friends staying together, beds were comfortable and large enough, bathroom (esp. shower, was 10/10) was above par! Staff are likely the most friendly/helpful I have experienced whilst travelling - big props. Excellent value for price!

Cons: Location is the only thing I can say here - and even so I booked knowing of this. 20 min tram ride, costing about €2/€3 p/p, per way. It is completely manageable, and allows to avoid high prices from in the city, but do need to factor in the time each day into town + the cost.

Would return again and would definitely recommend

Pros: Fantastic position, right beside a tram stop but in a quiet safe clean part of amsterdam. So easy to access all part of the city. Staff were friendly, happy and eager to help. Room was warm, clean and the bed was so very comfortable. I would definitely return.
