Quiet and Relaxing

Pros: Lovely quiet location with nice restaurant Friendly staff Nice big bed

Pros: Charming little hotel in quiet surrounding Not in a tourist area, but close to Banksy Museum and Westerpark Bus Stop very near

Cons: Room well equipped but small

Pros: Great hotel, beautiful restaurant with fantastic food and friendly staff. Offers parking and it is a nice walk into Amsterdam centre which takes approx 30 to 40 mins

Affordable hotel for Amsterdam

Pros: We were out daily so did not have breakfast. Bed was extremely comfortable. Didnt have opportunity to dine at the restaurant - ate in the city. Bus stop straight across the road. Dead easy to get to and from city centre

Cons: The receptionist lady was a bit pissed off when i called to say that i will need to check in after 23:59 and first thing she said no we can't do that, then when i told her that there is no way to make it there earlier and that i am still on my way from Germany so she suggested to leave my room key in a safe outside What botherd me is the fact that these outside safes where an option from the beginning and she tried not to help first untill i begged!!! By the way i am a frequent customer and i always book the double deluxe room with balcony, so i would of appreciated a nicer treatment. Overall, i really like this place and appreciate the great service they offer Highly recommended

Excellent stay in a peaceful location

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at WesterVilla Amsterdam. The location is lovely—tucked away in a quiet part of the city with beautiful surroundings, yet still within easy reach of central Amsterdam. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Cons: It was a bit of a shame that the nearby bus line was temporarily out of service during our stay, which made getting around slightly less convenient, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and scenic base while exploring the city!

Pros: The Westervilla is a beautiful boutique hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are really nice and very clean. The restaurant serves amazing food and the location is perfect to explore Amsterdam. Finally, the staff deserve a special mention. They were all fantastic and extremely helpful!

It was a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay for a couple of nights pre-cruise.

Pros: The room was very nice. The bathroom was huge, clean, modern and spa-like with an excellent shower. The room was a little small, but the bed was very comfortable. There was a very steep flight of stairs to get to our room. Staff brought our luggage up for us, which was very nice. Unfortunately we had to leave before staff arrived on departure day, so we had to wrestle it down the stairs ourselves. It was a bit of a walk to get the tram to the downtown area, but the \

Cons: We didn't like the steep stairs, but that's to be expected in an older building. Staff didn't arrive until the restaurant opened. It would have been nice if staff had been available earlier but we understand why there was no staff available at all hours as this isn't a regular hotel.

Not a bad little hotel

Cons: Steep stairs, bathroom door handle broken & hard to keep open! Shower hard to get into!
