I give it a B+

Pros: The freedom to skate. It was a beautiful room, so much space. Then it seemed the top of the boat was ours with a majestic view. Just wonderful!

Cons: The second set of steps was quite steep, but quite easy to get used to all the same

Unique, fun and brilliantly boaty

Pros: Was such a fun quirky property and the staff where so lovely.

Cons: Modern and they have some really unique features especially the room on the roof in the letters

Pros: We stayed in loft B, it was bigger than I thought it would be. Beds very comfy. View was great. Nice trendy area. Staff very friendly.

Pros: We stayed in the letter B, we enjoyed everything about it! It was clean, it was very very comfortable, and easily accessible due to the free regular ferry! The skateboards were a cool extra, we just used it as base mainly as we were out alot but was great and would stay again!

Cons: The only negatives I could think of is they provided tea and coffee etc but no milk but we could have easily got some if we was planning to be back there for a longer period than we was. And it said there was a games console and TV on middle floor but that wasn't there when we was there, however that didn't affect us in any way as we wasn't there for that! We lived absolutely everything

Pros: The view, the design of the room, bed very comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom was very small with no window and very uncomfortable and no practical. A bottle of water per night available in the room would have been a nice touch.

Very, very, very enjoyable

Pros: Loved the room we stayed in (The O) and my Wife and I had a very, very good time there for my birthday

Cons: First staff member we interacted with was stand offish and a bit rude but other staff members made up for it. The room could of done with a lick of paint

Overall lively stay but expensive suites

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive. We stayed in the letter times and the view was amazing looking out of the hotel

Cons: The bed frame was metal so you could cut yourself getting into bed. The bathroom light are motion sensors which would turn off the lights every 5 minutes even when you are in the bathroom.

Pros: Beds have definitely improved since our last visit! - Grape Fanta + beer in the vending machine was a live saver, Some amazing bars + restaurants over at NDSM

Pros: This was my 2nd visit. The staff was amazing. The hospitality and the entire stay. I really enjoyed the view from botel & watching birds like swans ducks and seagulls . The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was healthy. The ambiance is nice. Love to spend time botel coffee area.
