Absolutely amazing stay, will definitely return

Pros: The team at the hotel was absolutely amazing, so attentive and polite, just incredible people. We chose the option where breakfast was included in the price and could not fault the breakfast whatsoever with option to order an omelette on request and the lady was so polite. The breakfast chive was superb, something for everyone to eat. Very convenient location, just 15 minutes away from city centre with a bus stop just round the corner.

Cons: The only down side was that there was no option to open the window for a fresh air, everything else was amazing

Pros: The room and the bathroom were clean. The pillow and the blanket were also clean, and my husband and I were completely satisfied with our room.

Cons: Only the room felt cold and lifeless. At least they could place a natural flower in the room or the hallway. Also, there was no chair in the room for sitting, so we had to stay entirely on the bed.

Really great option at a reasonable price.

Pros: Really clean and freshly decorated. Close to public transport, nice quiet area with a nice selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely.

A very pleasant stay

Pros: The staff were fantastic and gave good advice and information. We were able to do an early check-in for a small fee of 15e and leave our luggage safely in their storage facility for free. We also received a free upgrade on our room as it was a special birthday celebration. We are so grateful for this consideration. The room itself was lovely. The beds were clean and comfortable. The tv and fridge worked perfectly. Public transport was also easily accessible and the area was very quiet.

Cons: I wish I didn't have to write anything negative, but perhaps the cleaners just need to pay a bit closer attention to details as some places were missed, unfortunately. Overall, for the amount paid, quality of the hotel, and kindness from the staff, I will stay here again and wish them every success in the future!

It was worth the money we spend

Pros: We liked the atmosphere and the very friendly staff. The location was perfect.

Cons: We wished we would’ve had a window in our room and maybe a little bit more clean.

Pros: Centre of town easily accessible via public transport (bus stop a few minutes walk away). Lovely breakfast and the staff were always ready to help
