Pros: Space, cleanliness and furniture. And position of course.

Cons: Out of two rooms, one was very small for two people. The stairs on both sides of the hotel are not comfortable for older people.

Perfect Base for Exploring Amsterdam

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel in Amsterdam. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The street view makes all the diference. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help with recommendations or small requests. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Many shopes nearby: food and drink, wafel, wine and taste cheese. It was the perfect base for exploring the city, and I’d happily stay here again

Great service and facilities

Pros: Wonderful stay - very nice room and location. Staff particularly helpful.

Cons: Nothing - I suppose you could have a blanket if cold but we didn’t ask so they might have that.

Perfect

Pros: Staff could not have been friendlier, super helpful and cheery. Room was very comfortable and with amenities. Great location to centre, and surrounding close to trams and trains. Would stay again

Cons: Room was a little compact but comfortable with all requirements, bar/restaurant wasn’t open all day poss due to time of year out of season

Pros: The location was perfect for walking all around the city !! Staff was very friendly !!

Cons: The room was a little small and not so well equipped.... We have also asked by booking for a room with a double bed upper floor but we were given a room at first floor and with seperate beds .. I believe that they could have done better since we stayed for 5 nights which is a long period for a city hotel... Finally breakfast was off good quality products but every day the same...
