Convenient and cool

Pros: The location is spot on, and so handy to just arrive into and find at night

Cons: The bed really lets this place down. Two singles put together with a mattress topper is not good enough. Bed kept falling apart

Still had a great time

Pros: Where it was situated was great! Close to shops , trams, buses and easy to get to. Staff were really nice and helpful!

Cons: Was told there would be snacks and drinks in the fridge but upon opening found an opened half drank Budweiser bottle and some water and ginger ale , no snacks either lol. Also friend of mine staying in same hotel found dirty socks in her made up bed when arriving.

Nice location with a view on canals and Singel, really helpful staff, cozy beds

Pros: It was a really pleasant stay, starting with location which is great, walking distance of whole city center, museums, shops. Good connection with main train station by trams (3 lines pass by hotel) or metro (Rokin metro station is near). I had a room on 3rd floor, didnt hear much noise from street or nearby bars at all, but mind the steps going up, not for everybody if you have large luggage. Beds were great, had a nice sleep, 4 big pillows included. Good AC for heating. Staff was really great and with warm welcome.

Cons: I could use a tea or coffee maker that I think was listed as room item but wasnt there. Since it was January, making hot drinks are always appreciated, but staff offered to make some if needed, but you had to go down to reception area.

Pros: a beautiful and comfortable hotel in the center of amsterdam with all the amenities

Pros: The hotel structure is like the typical Amsterdam’s house, this was very beautiful.

Pros: The location was tremendous right in central Amsterdam, the staff were great from start to finish even with a couple issues we had with the heating and projector they were fixed instantly. All in a great place to stay while your on a short stay in Amsterdam

Cons: Nothing at all all small issues we had were fixed right away.

Superb room!

Pros: The room was fantastic, the bed was really comfy and the location was great!

Cons: I just think it’s worth noting that it is right on top of a nightclub and so you can hear the base until around 4am. If you check in out of the reception hours, you have to collect your keys from the nightclub/ bar which wasn’t communicated (another couple from the hotel told us). It’s also a traditional Dutch building with no elevator and so the stairs are quite steep for getting your cases up and down the stairs!

Had an amazing stay at SUPPER Hotel

Pros: The location is incredible. You stay right in the city center of Amsterdam in a beautiful, historic building. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. I also loved the Dutch breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and there’s even a great SUPPER Restaurant next door that hosts an amazing dinner show. Will definitely come back and highly recommend!

Comfortable with a touch of luxury

Pros: I was surprised at how clean and spacious the room was, also a projector in the room was something I've never seen before, the complimentary beer and water was also a nice touch

Cons: It's the first hotel I've ever stayed in that where I've had 0 complaints, everything was PERFECT

A good place to stay; ideally placed for seeing the sights!

Pros: The room was located on the second floor, which, due to the age of the building, was up three flights of stairs, with each seeming to get steeper! A great cardiac workout! The room was well-appointed; the lighting was very modern, with a control unit that may well be the future!! The bed was very comfy - we slept very well after a day's sightseeing!

Cons: Perhaps a coffee maker in the room would be a good step, as there was no obvious way of getting that early morning drink!
