Amsterdam Downtown Hotel

Pros: Super welcoming, with incredibly kind and helpful staff available at the reception 24/7. Our suitcase was delayed due to the airline, and when it finally arrived, they made sure it was delivered directly to our room! The rooms are small but very cozy, cleaned everyday, and equipped with everything you need (we stayed there with a huge suitcase). The location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to everything, yet still quiet at night. Excellent – highly recommended!

Pros: Good location, helpful staff, lights/sockets by both beds, TV with English channel, spacious bathroom

Cons: Sound from other rooms are loud in the room, but thats more on people's behaviour than hotels fault

We stayed for two nights , while the room was very basic and small , it was very clean and warm . Staff were very friend

Pros: Very clean property . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Not too far from town

Cons: Room was very small , and only two pillows provided . I’m sure had we of asked for more pillows we would have gotten them though . Good Valu however for what we paid !

Pros: The receptionist was so nice :33 Gave us suggestions for bars when we asked and chatted with us! The location is perfect. I've been to this same hotel many times for this reason :)

Cons: Some of the other guests were disturbing. We were scared to go back to our room as two young girls, since some of the guests were on drugs shouting to us. But luckily there is always the reception person to help if we needed anything. <3

Pros: Very clean and quiet. Good temperature. Hot shower.

Pros: The hotel was in an ideal location—very convenient and easy to reach all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, a great experience.

Small and clean

Pros: It was clean and close to tram station and from there only 2 stations to city centre. Stuff was really friendly and eager to help.

Cons: Small room, but acceptable. Our hair dryer was melted? (Plastic on it), but still worked, so it’s not a big deal

Pros: The location was great, very walkable. The staff were very nice and helpful, the place was clean and the building had a lift which was great.

Cons: It could be noisy at times, but after a while it was ok.

Pros: Perfect location for people who can walk a fair distance, only needed to get the public transport for entering with bags and leaving. Facilities were sufficient for the price paid. Staff were very nice.

Cons: Felt a bit cramped for 4 people, other than that perfect.
