Don’t overlook this gem

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Room with canal view is a very good size

Cons: The double bed is a Euro twin bed with two single mattresses not a single double

Comfortable stay with very helpful staff! Definitely staying here again when I come back !

Pros: Excellent location ! The rooms were comfortable. We even got a room with a canal view that was really worth it! Stayed for a total of 4 nights. The front desk staff - Tamer and Marina were very helpful, polite, friendly and professional ! Location wise it is very close to all popular attractions, tram station, museum, central train station.

Cons: Nothing to complain. The rooms were smaller than what I was expecting but is par for this part of the world.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean linens. Free water, fruit, tea, and coffee. Very warm room. Comfortable bed. A great option in the city center at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Cons: The hotel is very quiet, with no noisy groups. However, the noise was caused by neighbors stomping loudly in their room, and housekeeping at 7 or 8 a.m. is also too early. I think these are minor details, but it might be important for someone to know.

Excellent, lovely hotel, great city

Pros: Staff very friendly, had coffee if you want it, very good location.

Cons: Room was very small but it had everything I needed and we were told beforehand by staff was very small and they could upgrade 2 of the rooms at time as well but we were ok with the small rooms
