Lovely hotel in a great location

Pros: Location is great, right by the museums and close to bars and restaurants, just 15 minutes’ walk from the very centre. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had an issue with the heating but at reception they were quick to help and sort it out.

Cons: The bathroom was pretty, but really tiny. Breakfast was expensive, so we did not have it there.

Suited us well; we would have no hesitation recommending the Leonardo to others.

Pros: Breakfast and coffee facilities were excellent. Location by the Rijksmuseum suited us. Access to the canals and the city centre was good and to places to eat out nearby. Staff - especially at reception very helpful.

Just some steps close to Rijksmuseum

Pros: A very good hotel, so close to Rijksmuseum! Big enough rooms, very friendly staff. Super clean, nice bathroom. Fridge and safebox also in the room. Even that was late at night, I opened my TV and it was not working. I called te reception and in a few minutes a person came (changed the batteries..), very helpful. It is in a very central place, close to tram stop, in front of a channel (maybe typical in Amsterdam, but still very beautiful)

Good weekend and hotal near Amsterdam Central

Pros: Location was excerllent - near the centre, walking distance. Room was spacious and plenty of room for 4 adults, staff were very friendly, bit surpirised when our room was in the basement but it was lovely. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Cons: The only thing that we had for the first couple of days was a smell of sewerage but this was fixed within 36 hours and alot of apologies regarding this.

Pros: It’s very well located - walking distance from centre. Was cleaned daily, even without asking

Cons: Our bed was quite small, and the room was only reachable via a super steep and narrow staircase. But that is okay as the staff checked if we are okay with it before giving it to us.
