Pros: Cosy, welcoming, incredible location for airport bus stop and main museums, big bed, tall ceilings, cosy honesty bar, would definitely stay again!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful added to this friendly. They had a GLUTEN FREE option for CELIAC and this is a plus. Overstanding room as they just renovated it and special dedication for DUST MITES ALLERGY. The room was polished every day and it was very comfortable as it had great furniture. We had tea, coffee and a kettle for whenever we wanted.

Pros: Hello, This hotel is located in one of the most elegant, peaceful, and easily accessible neighborhoods where you can stay in Amsterdam. From the very first moment I entered the hotel, Mia at the reception was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. She took the time to explain which restaurants and cafés I could visit, where the locals usually go, and which areas are more tourist-oriented. She even researched the places I wanted to visit and shared helpful information with me. A huge thank you to her! My room was on the 4th floor and it was spotlessly clean. It was cleaned every day and was perfectly sized for a solo traveler. Thank you so much for everything! I highly and absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. Next time, we will come as a group — wishing you many more lovely guests! 😊

Perfect in every way

Pros: Smelled great on entering. Very friendly reception staff - and very helpful with recommendations of where to go. Room was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again. Quiet neighbourhood.

Excellent small hotel in great location for exploring the city.

Pros: The location is excellent, a 2 minute walk from the Tram stop and from the airport bus stop. We had a family room and it was spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: We were under time pressure on our first morning and opted for the hotel breakfast. It was extremely poor and very over priced. We raised this with the staff and they removed the charge from our bill which was really appreciated and very good customer service.

Pros: Quiet and safe, very nice interiors, super clean, warm. I slept very well. The view is cute, super the location so near the museums and very easy access to people that have no car.

Cons: Saying this with all the love in the world: the coffee is very bitter. Watery, i can handle, but that bitter.. I think the brand or the quality could use an upgrade. And having one warm soy milk or lactose free available at breakfast would be nice. For the rest it was a very complete range of things to have.

Pros: Staff are lovely and personable Rooms very clean and showers and bathroom is perfect Breakfast and breakfast staff delightful

Cons: Small thing but think for high rated / standard things like the smart tv element of the tv should be set up so you can relax outright

Cozy hotel in a perfect location

Pros: Everything. Cozy and beautiful hotel. Nice room. Amazing location.

Cons: Breakfast ends far too early for the weekend. Was too hot in the room. A bit pricy but I guess everything is in Ams on the weekend…

Magnificent and thoroughly recommended.

Pros: The whole stay was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was super clean and perfect for what I wanted, location was superb. I would heartily recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam.
