Would definitely return.

Pros: Location was great, beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The lift was broken for the duration of our stay and the stairs were very narrow and steep! The breakfast was varied, but the 2nd morning lacked quality.

Lovely clean, comfortable hotel with lovely staff

Pros: The hotel was lovely, lovely clean big rooms. Staff were lovely and perfect location. Not in the busy area but you can walk there.

Cons: We booked for jacuzzi baths and when we tried to use them it didn’t work, we was told they had been turned off months ago. However everything else about the hotel was perfect.

Pros: The location is amazing and the staff are some of the most helpful and friendly I have ever encountered. They put in a lot of effort to make sure your stay, and your visit to Amsterdam more generally, is as good as possible.
