Pros: Quiet street, tram stop is 2 mins away with direct connection to Centraal Station, museums on your doorstep and easy walk into the city centre. Staff were so nice and flexible , highly recommend and would stay again!

Had a great stay, couldn't complain about anything.

Pros: Check in was very smooth, everything was clean, very good breakfast buffet. Location was superb for Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing really. Everything was just fine.

Pros: everything was great it was really clean and the location is amazing its 3 minutes to museum square and to tram and busses (you can go to airport with just one bus) staff was kind and very helpful

Cons: it would be great if there was a in room slippers other than that it was amazing

Excellent and comfortable stay close to museums and public transport

Pros: Excellent location close to museums and to bus and trams to get into the historic centre. Rooms were very comfortable and a good size and appeared to be recently renovated.

Pros: The hotel's location is amazing for sightseeing in Amsterdam - right in the museum quarter, not so good for partying, I suppose. The breakfast was great especially with the Dutch pancakes. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities in the room all worked well.

Cons: Only two minor negatives: 1. We had to wait about 5 mins a couple times to get in the hotel because there was no one at the reception (this was once we had checked out and only wanted to drop off bikes/collect our luggage - normally this isn't an issue as you can enter with your key card) 2. The furniture in the bedroom which is made of HDF or some other chipboard painted grey is not the prettiest
