Loved our visit to Amsterdam, the hotel was so well located and the staff were incredibly friendly h

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent, a short walk to the Van Gogh Museum and Rijks Museum. Excellent links to/from the airport on the 397 bus. The staff were very friendly (well everyone was actually!

Cons: The room was a little cold, despite having AC, the hotel supplied a supplementary heater/radiator but it was only just enough to warm the room and keep it warm.

Pros: Everything was just perfect, location, room, staff, Wi-Fi etc.

Good value, well located and very comfortable hotel for a short stay near the museums.

Pros: The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the museums and a short walk to the centre of town. 24 hour reception was very useful and the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and well appointed with a good bathroom and lots of space for coats and bags. TV and coffee maker were welcome.

Cons: A slight criticism was the lighting. The overhead light was quite dim and the bedside lights were not sufficient to read by. The hallway and bathroom lighting was better.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a great stay. The location was amazing - quiet, but within a short walk of so many museums, shops, cafes and Vondelpark. The hotel breakfast offered a great selection of breakfast items too.

Cons: The beds were not the most comfortable, but thay was the only slight negstive about our stay.
