The rooms are beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable, luxurious stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, consistently providing attentive and warm service that made me feel valued and cared for throughout my entire visit. The location is superb, offering convenient access to key attractions and making my trip even more enjoyable. Pros: We are always enjoying going back to the Conservartorium Hotel. The staff is extraordinary, the facilities and rooms are so clean and the location of the hotel is great.

Cons: The hotel rooms lack a bit of storage space and the space in the spa area is limited.

luxury hideaway close to high end shopping and natural relaxation

Pros: Tention between the staff was really good and they treated my kids more than well. From valte parking to check in to rooming to the lobb yor Restaurant everybody was very pleased to welcome us and to pamper us.

Amazing hotel made better by the staff.

Pros: The hotel mixes modern styling with the classical architecture of the old building very well. It wasn’t over the top like a W hotel, nor too traditional. Really deserved the 5 star rating. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could ever need was present including a great office space. Bathrooms were also very spacious. The spa area was very relaxing and we enjoyed the treatment we had immensely. Sauna was one of the nicest I have been in and was able to reach high temps, unlike some other hotels. Pool and jacuzzi also a nice size and was never too crowded. The staff were exceptional and nothing was ever an issue. It felt like you could ask for absolutely anything and it would be possible. Couldn’t recommend the Conservatorium for a city break more.

Cons: The lighting system was a bit over complicated which led to some technical faults.
