great value for money and everything in one place

Pros: I liked that there was a large cinema (guests get discounted tickets) and theatrical atmosphere, and that the staff was helpful and kind. The restaurant was nice enough. Cheapest room was still quite large, beds and pillows were super comfortable the bathroom had a very nice bathtub.

Cons: Style was a bit dated. Staying in the room by myself I would've preferred one large duvet over two single ones (that were a tad small). No socket next to the bed to charge my phone (though admittedly there was a usb-a wall charger that would've worked for older phones)

Nice hotel

Pros: The hotel was very pretty and confy. One I arrived, a bit late during the nogh, the recepcionist was very helpful wiht the new auto checking ststem. And nice and welcoming.

Cons: Only a but far from the city. Although there is a bus stop very close by.

Pros: Comfy bed, we even got an upgrade to a balcony suite. Good breakfast. What's so great about Figi is the in house facilities, from restaurant and grand cafe to movie theater. We booked movie tickets at reduced price through the check-in system.

Cons: Room 515 was on the colder side, perhaps because there are no radiators in the part of the room where the bed is (the hallway is better off). Tradeoff with the sliding door to the balcony I guess, but could be fixed.

Best working holiday ever

Pros: Staff were super helpful and friendly, made us feel like we were at home. Rooms, clean, spacious lovely artwork, beautiful location. Everything we needed we had.

Great hotel, don’t early checkin

Pros: Stay a lot at this hotel and the standard and quality is consistent

Cons: Asked for early check in for first time in advance and they were unable to do it. Seems too difficult to prioritise cleaning of one room that had been requested days in advance. Definitely a disappointment
