Beautiful boutique house with ideal location and warm staff

Pros: This beautiful boutique hotel is nestled in a cozy quiet neighborhood not far from the buzzing city centre. They gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean and spacious, as we expected. There is no tv and we have been informed by this, we didn't mind this matter at all! We had a minor inconvenience with the rented bikes and they have been so accommodating and reassured us that everything was going to be alright. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be staying at this hotel more often. Hopefully we can enjoy the nice terrace soon when the weather allows it!

Fun 3 days in Utrecht

Pros: Beautifully renovated, welcoming small hotel in a pretty residential area about 15 minutes walk from the historic centre. Very comfortable, great tea, coffee and breakfast.

Cons: Our bathroom, although new, didn't have any heating so it was a bit chilly, hopefully this is something which they can sort.

Nice stay but not so nice during the night.

Pros: Nice rooms with tea and coffee corner. Quiet location with comfortable bus connections to the center of Utrecht.

Cons: Loud humming installations that were not suppressed because the bathroom have no door.

Beautiful city trip location for three nights

Pros: Beautiful interior, freshly renovated, super friendly staff - we were in Utrecht for a three day city trip and could have not chosen a better location for our trip.

Cons: If we must name anything we did not love the pillows. They were very thick.

Pros: excellent breakfast, the room finishing and details are very good. It is not right in the centre but I walked every day to the event near the main station. It's only a 20 min walk at a good pace

Pros: It's a beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely part of Utrecht. Since we used bikes to get around it was super easy to reach the hotel and the area is extremely nice. Upon arrival we also got a room upgrade (which was great). The room itself was beautiful, clean, the bed was very comfy. The staff was also super nice, overall it's a great and safe small hotel. They also have bikes to rent if you want, which is good (although very pricey, I believe it was 19 EUR per day).

Cons: I think the amenities could be better - given the price they could at least provide slippers/bathrobes and vanity sets. It's a basic thing to include at this point.
