It was very nice with you, we would love to come back.

Pros: The hotel has a very good location in the city of Utrecht, and everything was within easy walking distance. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely furnished, although the dark blue color made it very dark. But that's a matter of taste. The breakfast was adequate, but simple.

Cons: The beds were very soft. Sometimes it was a little bit loud during the nights.

The canal room was like a dream, beautiful and unique with all you need

Pros: A canal room on a quiet canal was like a movie set. Just amazing. Spacious despite being underground with a luxury feel

Cons: The stairs to get luggage up requires some thinking, and strength. A microwave would help

Pros: Great central location - beautiful building, well equipped and decorated rooms. Tasty breakfast and above all wonderful and friendly employees

Cons: Airco in the room could not be switched off, it was very cold

Pleasant stay

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. The hotel is in a good location. A

Cons: The entrance to the hotel is in need of updating. There were signs that this may be about to happen but during our stay the steps we not cleaned once leading to a general littering of the area. This is a shame as it gives the wrong impression of the inside of the hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff is greeting you by the reception. We had to walk to our room to the canal. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom seems renovated. It had a bath.

Cons: Our rooms definitely needs some renovation. There is a lot of peeling paint on the wall.

Very Nice Hotel
