We’d definitely come back here again

Pros: This charming little apartment offers a fantastic base for exploring Utrecht in a truly special location. The host was very friendly too.

Cons: The nearby church bell tower’s noise and you can hear the sound of footsteps and vehicles when they walk/drive above you - that creates a strange yet amusing atmosphere.

Literally Slapen Onder De Dom

Pros: Location. What an absolutely brilliant place to stay. So unusual. The converted wharf-side warehouse is an amazing, unique place to stay. It is right in the heart of Old Utrecht.

Lovely accommodation, location and city

Pros: It's in a great location right next to a canal and the Dom Tower, in the middle of old Utrecht and within walking distance of the train station. Lots of lovely walks, museums, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops close by. The property has very good use of limited space. We had a good welcome from the owner who kindly allowed us to arrive later than the normal check-in due to our latish train from Rotterdam.

Cons: Hard to criticise really. Due to the nature of the property there are only windows at one end and because it's so central there was some noise at night, but mainly the bells in the nearby tower and nothing to disturb us.

Great location, great view.

Pros: The location is unbeatable - having my morning coffee out at the canal while watching the sunrise was fab.

Cons: Nothing, just beware of the entrance door which is small, I hit my head multiple times (but the host pointed it out so thats really my own fault)

Pros: The room was very clean and tidy, good sized bathroom and facilities. The location was excellent, right on the canal and within walking distance to the main attractions. Host John was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing, the place was great! You do need to navigate stairs to get up and down from the road to the canal.

Visiting Sail Amsterdam- had stayed here before in 2022 knew the property, location and ease of access to Utrecht Centr

Pros: Unique position and style of property. In the centre of bustling and vibrant Utrecht culture but tucked away in it’s own private and secluded canal side position. Ideal for quiet glass of chilled wine in the evening.
