Pros: I have been many times in your Hotel and I have found that you have an excellent quality of your property, it’s clean, well maintained, excellent distribution and most importantly it is extremely comfortable.

Irritating with KLM but accommodating by Novatel venue and staff.

Pros: The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was very good. Unfortunately due to KLM timings we were not able to experience the breakfast.

Cons: As this was not a planned stop the hotel was a little away from the airport.

Pros: Nice hotel, great Christmas ambience. Very easy to get with train from Schiphol and great sleep. Good value for money.

Cons: check-in could be automated as in other Novotels, as we had to wait a little bit. We skipped breakfast as it was 25€/night, though you can buy some breakfast in the little shop in the hotel.
