Amazing

Pros: The staff with amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable!

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. We declined room cleaning because we were only there 3 nights, and were given a drinks voucher for 2 nights instead. This was a nice touch.

Cons: Room was tidy but did not feel thoroughly clean. Water marks on the glass in the shower. Hairs in the shower and on the bedding.

Perfect stay for a few nights and amazing breakfast!

Pros: The staff was very responsive and helpful, the breakfast was fresh, rich and wide choice. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel offered all the necessities and is very clean.

Cons: TV is outdated

Pros: The staff, all of them including but not least, the cleaner's were exceptionally customer facing.

Cons: O.k., though not anyone's fault....but nevertheless will stick in customers minds, is the heavy construction building works taking place right outside the premises, by others (probably will take a year or so to complete). During my stay I didn't experience such noise (as stayed over the Christmas period). But, nonetheless sad for others.
