Does exactly as it advertises

Pros: All the staff are a credit to the brand It seems unfair to single one out But Ronald on reception Makes sure that all bases are covered As booking will confirm I spend Around 100 nights a year in hotels And this one is up there when I am travelling alone. The shuttle bus is a great extra Thank you to all staff. William. Mcphee

Good clean value for money

Pros: Check in staff Forget all names But Denis. Stood out As I had to extend a number of days They all made it seem less Thanks guys.

Good choice for a comfortable stay!

Pros: Close proximity to the airport, 8 minutes drive; free parking. Beds were comfortable, had tea and coffee provisions and all toiletries. Quiet and comfortable stay. We didn’t try their breakfast; Reynolds was very helpful and provided useful information at the reception. Would definitely recommend!

Cons: Room was cold, would have been better if the heating was on before our arrival

A pleasant stay that met my needs.

Pros: the staff was very professional and informative, I observed that the shuttle to the airport was very punctual. I use the restaurant for dinner , the food was very decent. I find the room very clean and neat.

Cons: I think I can be disappointed, outstanding value for the price.

Exceptional staff coping on extreme circumstances

Pros: It was near the airport with courtesy bus. During a prolonged 5 night stay because of cancelled flights and snow the staff were exceptional in coping. They received my highest praise for what they did for us.

Excellent for an overnight.

Pros: Convenient shuttle bus. Everything was great, friendly staff and a good breakfast before heading to the airport.

Pros: The room, probably newly renovated, was very clean and in order. The bathroom was very clean although toiletries were scarce. I appreciated the coffee and tea machines in the room.
