Quirky property, caring host

Pros: It was close to where we had to visit family. Loved the 4 sets of windows and sunrise and sunset views. Sprawling room with quirks. Wonderful Dutch inspired breakfasts , Maryam excels at this. She is caring and hospitable.

Cons: Dutch staircases are narrow so I am not comfortable. toilet enclosure is partially closed.

Thank you for a beautiful time in Geliefd!

Pros: Mirjam is the sweetest host. She puts a lot of energy and heart into her little B&B. We were very well taken care of! The B&B is situated perfectly in the middle between Amsterdam, Den Jaag and Rotterdam, so we were able to take day trips to each city or just have a nice walk at one of the beaches nearby.

Perfect.

Pros: I'm originally from the area so knew the location very well and it was perfect for me. For people not familiar with the area, it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station that takes you to Leiden or Haarlem. From there you can take connections to anywhere in the country. It is very close to all flower fields and easy access to motorways. Room was beautifully done out, all the facilities you might want/need. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I had to work when I was there and Wifi was good throughout.

Cons: Nothing really!

Pros: We highly recommend a stay at B&B Geliefd! Conveniently located near the sea (Noordwijk aan Zee), Leiden, the airport and the gorgeous garden of tulips (Keukenhof). Restaurants, the train station, shops are within walking distance too. The room on the top floor was welcoming, cosy and spacious furnished with great attention to detail. Our amazing host, Mirjam prepared lovely breakfast for us. You can also arrange a bike delivery to the accommodation.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay in Mirjam's B&B. The B&B is designed with great attention to detail and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast with some freshly prepared food was great. Mirjam is really a lovely and caring host. The location in a quiet area of Voorhout is perfect for excursions and several restaurants are only a walk or bike ride away. I can only recommend a stay in B&B Geliefd.

Cons: The open toilet in an open bathroom took some getting used to.
