Excellent and spacious apartment in a perfect location, with a balcony.

Pros: Amazing apartment, very big and spacious, super comfortable. Amazing location, in the city center, close to everything. We didn't use the kitchen, but there were all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably (and more). The apartment is on the first floor, only one wide (relatively for Amsterdam) staircase. There is a large and spacious balcony. The apartment is very heated for winter. Oh, and there's a urinal!

Cons: The apartment was great, but it would have been perfect if there was a light on the balcony (or better - a heater). Also, the shower is not closed so water comes out of it a little while showering, and the water pressure is a little low. But these are really small things.

Great location, apartment and facilities. Definitely return again

Pros: The place was very welcoming and comfortable! Great light, great facilities.

Cons: Nothing in our opinion. Maybe fixing the shower door so water won’t leak outside of the shower as it is not close fully but it is a technicality and didn’t have an impact on our experience at all.

This property is in a great location, and very comfortable. I would recommend.

Pros: The location is excellent. Just a few hundred metres from the Centraal train station and easy walking distant to facilities like trams, supermarket, and eateries.

Cons: There are stairs to enter the property. Not normal stairs, more like a ladder with carpet! This is definitely not an accessible property, even we had trouble bringing our bags up and down the stairs on arrival and departure. If you travel light, then this property should not be an issue for you.

Excellent location and apartment has everything you would need.

Pros: The location of the apartment was excellent. It is in a traffic free lane just off the main roads to Dam Square and as a result was very quiet considering how close we were to everything. There is a lovely seated balcony area and the apartment has everything you would need for a short to medium term stay. The host Lucy was lovely and insisted on carrying our case up the steep flight of stairs from the front door as she said that is what keeps her fit. Whilst the steep flight of stairs didn't bother us I would suspect they may be a bit daunting for the elderly or infirm but that's the way Dutch houses are in general. We would certainly return when we return to Amsterdam as the location is superb.

Cons: No cons from us and could thoroughly recommend it.

Great location!

Pros: Welcoming hospitality in a center of Amsterdam. Clean and specious room. We loved that although it was near all attractions, it was quiet during the night.

Pros: easy communication with the host to organise self check in the location was so central to everything it really felt like home from home

Fantastic

Pros: We loved the space, decor and location. The outside deck was wonderful to sit on and enjoy being part of every day life in Amsterdam. Wonderful hosts.

Cons: The only concern I would have if you are in the older demographic you may struggle with the stairs as they are very steep. Our host was very helpful at taking our bags down the stairs. The stairs are the sort I am sure you will find every where in Amsterdam.

Pros: Lucy was the highlight of this place, just the kindest lady I've ever met. The home was so comfortable and we were able to celebrate the new year at Dam Square as it was basically downstairs. Although the apartment is inner city, it was a lot quieter than we expected and it didn't bother us at all. The place was spacious and clean and Lucy's smile every time we met her made the stay ever more memorable. Thank you Lucy for everything xx
