A perfect stay in Amsterdam.

Pros: The flat is a ten-minute walk from Amsterdam's central station but in a lovely little alleyway of beautiful buildings. So you are right in the centre, but at night there is perfect silence and with the extremely comfortable bed a great night's sleep is assured. The station is handy for day trips to other towns and from the flat itself you can walk almost everywhere. There's a really friendly pub just round the corner on the canal for food and drinks. The flat was clean, comfortable and decorated with a keen eye, so it made a perfect base, and our host was friendly, informative and welcoming. We had a great time.

Perfect location to explore

Pros: Fantastic spot - so close to the train station and many of the main attractions, and an easy walk to the rest. Comfy bed, great kitchen facilities, really has everything you need! The hosts were very punctual and helpful.

Cons: You are in the heart of the city so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

Pros: The studio was cosy and the bed was so comfortable and big! Plenty of hot water. The place was spotlessly clean. Location was excellent also! Run, who met us for check in (7 hours later than expected) was a true gent and so accommodating. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

Cons: Nothing to complain about!

Fabulous apartment and great location for exploring Amsterdam

Pros: The property was a just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from Amsterdam Centraal. We were met on arrival by our friendly host to complete check in and to show us the apartments facilities. We were met by our host to return the keys on departure too. Very easy and stress free. The room was very large, with large comfortable bed, plenty storage space, comfortable seating A superb location for exploring the city on foot, tram or canal

Pros: Very cosy studio with everything you need. Location was particularly great for a short stay, as you're close to Centraal Station but in a quieter pocket on the canals. Ron (who welcomed us) was really friendly and gave some great recommendations for our stay

Great host and location in Amsterdam

Pros: Ron’s communication was outstanding and he waited patiently for our arrival as our train was delayed and the walk was slippery due to the weather. He explained how to use the keys and radiator/kitchen and recommended some location attractions. The room was very roomy and comfortable and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, shower and refrigerator very good. Plenty of power sockets and wifi was very good and reliable. Highly recommended for location and friendliness.

Cons: The only tiny quibble was lugging our baggage up the half flight of steep stairs - only because we had been on the road so long so this is a nitpick!

Great stay, fabulous quiet location. Close to everything and such a comfortable bed!

Pros: We had six nights here over Christmas and really enjoyed how cosy, warm and comfortable the studio is. Beautifully decorated. Location is great. No cooktop but we managed ok with microwave, toaster and kettle. Peter is a great host. Fresh flower arrangements also added to making this a lovely stay and bed is so comfortable!

Cons: Really needs new towels in bathroom. Thin and quite hard. Don’t match the rest of the studio at all.
