Pros: Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt mit Meerblick, direkt am Strand in der Nähe des Leuchtturms, kurzer Weg zur gut besuchten Fußgängerzone von Egmond. Das Appartment ist hell, mit weißen Möbel modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Der Wohnkomplex mit 9 Stückwerken ist erkennbar eine furchtbare Bausünden der 70 ziger Jahre und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Tiefgaragenstellplätze sind viel zu eng für moderne PKW, der Beifahrer sollte vorher aussteigen und auch der Fahrer muss gelenkig sein beim Aussteigen. Wer in das Bad will muss komplett durch das Elternschlafzimmer gehen, dass war sehr störend. Ebenso das Fenster des Schlafzimmers, dieses war zur Seite des offenen amerikanischen Hausflures, alle Besucher der Nachbar Wohnungen laufen also direkt an deinem gut einsehbaren Schlafzimmer unmittelbar am Fenster vorbei. Die Toilette ist winzig und hat kein Fenster. Das Bad ist ebenso fensterlos. Wer Höhenangst hat, wird schon ein Problem mit dem engen nach außen offen Hausflur haben. Der Hausflur ist draußen und hat nur einen schmalen Gang. Bis zur Wohnung mit Geländer im achten Stock ein \
