Cute stay in Utrecht

Pros: The response time to messages was very quick. Initially I couldn't press the link to check-in so I wrote them a message. They messaged me back really quickly and everything was solved. Clean room, great facilities, comfortable bed. Cozy atmosphere.

Cons: It's a great location, BUT it is opposite the museum Speelklok that chimes till quite late. Also in the early morning the street cleaners can be heard. Ear plugs are provided in the room which I was really thankful for. The staircase is quite steep and narrow. It was fine for me as I only had a small backpack and good knees. It's maybe not the best if you have difficulty with stairs in general. However, I embraced the building's quirks and chimes, all part of the old town experience. I could have appreciated one bright light by the mirror in the bathroom.

Exceptional comfort

Pros: Amazing location to hear classical music chimes and church bells

Enjoyable stay was visiting family so mainly slept in the room

Pros: Beds extremely comfy … it was close to all the amenities… lovely and warm very easy to gain entry

Cons: Plug sockets were difficult to reach … the photos of hotel rooms can be misleading due to booking .com

Good hotel in great location

Pros: Nice comfortable hotel in a great location. All self service entrance, but it works extremely well and is very clearly explained.

Cons: Sadly, wifi didnt work, so I used my own hotspot. Beware, that this is a very traditional Dutch designed building with steep stairs re luggage.

Lovely room middle in the center of Utrecht

Pros: We had a hick-up during check-in, but the assistance provided when we called was excellent and exceptional good!!

Cons: The view wasn’t very nice, as there was construction and a lot of noise.

Pros: the hostess was amazing, excellent customer service. Struggled a little with links and connections send and key prviding wasn't workin. This was a minor issue compared to the cleanliness, location, comfort and they do have very cozy pillows.

Cons: only thing the could improve is sound proof doors, I could hear my neighbors openning their doors

Fantastic location, lovely room

Pros: Fantastic location, quiet room despite being in a busy shopping street. Digital key worked well. Room was lovely.

Cons: As a solo traveller, I did miss any interaction with a real person. Good to know there isn't an elevator.
