Great stay and location for the best of Utrecht

Pros: Lovely light room, large comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom, great touch with the Rituals products

Cons: The noise was slightly annoying but it is what it is. Wasn’t too bad and expected as such from prior research

My stay at the hotel was superb!

Pros: I liked a lot the suit, the location of the hotel, the cleanness of the place, the comfortable bed and the kindness of the staff.

Cons: I would prefer if they had a reception.

Central location, easy online check in, keys on your phone and a fine room.

Pros: Super location right in center. Beware that it’s next to student bars, so expect something vibrant, not quiet. But was fine for me.

Nice and cozy hotel close to city center

Pros: Close to city center, easy access. We stayed in Room 9 and it was perfect, housekeeping went every day to do a turndown, I wasn’t expecting and I was impressed.

Cons: Nothing, everything was ok.

Perfect hideaway in the heart of Utrecht

Cons: Email for entry (hotel is unstaffed) ended up in my spam so I needed to call them to check in. But they helped me without any further issue, so more a problem of my spam-filter than Brass hotel's support.

Lovely stay in a great location

Pros: Great location. Close to bars, the centre and plenty of food places nearby. Contactless check in/out. Comfy beds. Staff member accommodated our beverage preferences.

Cons: Couldn’t get the sound to work on the tv. Didn’t matter to us but just be aware there was no lift. Slightly pricey for what you get.

Very central location and beautiful room

Pros: The location is perfect, very central. The room was nice and clean. The online check in worked perfectly.

Cons: There is no staff in the hotel. It wasn’t needed for the check in, but there was no one for questions. There were no coffee cups in our room, and no one replied in the chat on Sunday morning

Nice and comfortable stay in a historic building

Pros: The location is great and close to the city center, as well as surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops.

Cons: The check-in to the hotel and rooms is very special. You need roaming data service to access the website with door opening functions.
