Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. However, there was no drinking water provided in the room.

Great location and excellent staff

Pros: The location was superb, rooms very quiet and beds so comfortable. The staff were lovely, especially in Vic's bar. The pool and sauna were great, and always quiet when we used them. We will definitely use this hotel again if we return to Amsterdam.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: The location being straight opposite the railway station

Cons: The lift system. Complicated having to get 2 lifts to room

Beautiful rooms, lovely staff and delicious breakfast

Pros: Room facilities, large bath and shower, smart room - controlling curtains and aircon from bed, amazing customer service and fabulous breakfast

Cons: Mini bar didnt have individual prices anywhere, just package prices No instructions for coffee machine Maids just walk in without knocking if you dobt realise to switch to do not disturb mode

Pros: Our room was facing the central station so we were treated with an amazing view day and night. Staff are friendly.

Cons: No slippers and bottled water—the little things but just got used to getting them in other hotels.

Beautiful hotel, ideal location!

Pros: Ideal location, right on the canal and 5 mins walk to the train station and Tram access. Room was lovely, hotel very clean and nice. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons: Our air con didn't work, so we had to have our window open which brought noise into the room from the street. Bar is expensive for drinks. Not enough English tea bags or milk left in room.

Pros: The location of the property. Every single member of staff was excellent, very welcoming.

Cons: No basic amenities in the room like water or coffee and the fridge didn’t work.

Lovely

Pros: Loved the view and size of the room. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean.

Cons: The room smelt very strongly of cigarettes. Had to open balcony doors for an hour to clear it. Unfortunately the doors only opened a bit due to a safety wire. I understand why but would have been nice to open them fully to appreciate the view better and clear the air in the room quicker. Was difficult to get a good picture of the view. Had to put my phone through the small gap to do so.

We have tried many hotels in Amsterdam but the Victoria for us is the best

Pros: The location is perfect, plus the staff and support , we have stayed at the hotel before and for us it’s now our Amsterdam hotel.

Cons: All was good but could have a larger range of gluten free breads at breakfast

Pros: The hotel was central to everything. Quite literally a 2 minute walk from Centraal Station. The room was clean and very comfortable
