Cons: The spa and pool area are actually shared with the neighboring Park Plaza hotel. Its crowded, small and very cold in this part of the complex so not a pleasant experience like in other Artotel's I have visited around Europe.

Pros: Everything. Truly everything. From the moment I arrived, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The design is beautiful, modern, and full of character, creating a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The room was extremely comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. The location is perfect: central, convenient, and ideal for exploring Amsterdam on foot. I felt relaxed, welcomed, and at home during my entire stay. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave.

Cons: Nothing at all. There was absolutely nothing negative about my stay. Everything was perfect, from start to finish.

Perfect location for Amsterdam

Pros: Perfect location for central Amsterdam & also the train station if you plan on travelling elsewhere. The gym/sauna is fantastic. Hotel is very clean.
