A comfortable and convenient stay with early check in

Pros: Very convenient for the train station and we were able to walk to all main attractions. Comfortable and warm rooms with a great breakfast included.

Cons: The room was compact as to be expected in Amsterdam so it wasn’t a problem.

Perfect location for a great nights sleep

Pros: Property is in the perfect location, we also had the most comfiest beds I have stayed on in a while.

Cons: Got a little chilly in the evening.

Great stay, not so great value for money.

Pros: The beds were phenomenal for hotel beds! The hotel was very conveniently located and made the city of Amsterdam very walkable. The bathroom was huge and the room was greatly sized and warm when outside was so so cold.

Cons: The staff member that helped us came across as quite charged, we were lovely to him but maybe he was having an off day. It was almost $500 Australian for a night so not very budget friendly.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfectly placed next to the train station. Good value for money. Room 128 was a nice touch for my last night.

Cons: I didn’t like that the showers drain wouldn’t drain the water quick enough so so it started to back up which gave me the ick. I think some industrial strength drain unblocker down the drains would be a good idea.

Good stay

Pros: Great location and great price. Good value for money.

Cons: The showers plug couldn’t drain the water quick enough so it started to fill the bottom of the shower basin

Would definitely stay here again, great location and experience.

Pros: So central, less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were lovely, room was warm once we figured out how to turn on the heater. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer etc. all provided. Everything was clean. Can’t really fault it.

Cons: The shower was a bit temperamental, it would go from really hot to cold. Sometimes you could hear the guests in the next room but in fairness they were slamming doors and not trying to respect other guests, not really the hotel’s fault.

Good for a short stay

Pros: Perfect location that was close to everything, this made walking around easier. The breakfast was also comprehensive. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The building itself is a bit old which means the facilities are a bit outdated. The bathroom drainage was clogged and had a sewer smell throughout our stay.
